The 3-day guarantee applies to all plans (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime Founder), even if you have waived your legal right of withdrawal at checkout. This is a contractual commitment from us to you — above and beyond what French law requires.
As a consumer purchasing digital content in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in France as article L221-18 of the Code de la consommation).
However, under article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, this right may be waived for digital content not supplied on a physical medium, provided that:
At checkout, Fréquence asks you to confirm both of these points before you are redirected to payment. If you checked that box, your legal 14-day right is waived — but our 3-day contractual guarantee still applies.
If, for any reason, that consent was not collected before your purchase, you retain the full 14-day legal withdrawal right. To exercise it, email contact@frequence.academy within 14 days of your purchase date.
Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund. To stop future charges, cancel from your Profile settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund for the current period. If you also want a refund, email us within the 3-day window as described above.
