3-day money-back guarantee

Simple promise: If you're not satisfied within 3 days of purchase, email contact@frequence.academy and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

  1. Email contact@frequence.academy within 3 days of your purchase date.
  2. Use the subject line: "Refund request — [your email address]"
  3. No reason or justification is required.

What happens next

  • We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day.
  • Your account access will be suspended upon receipt of the request.
  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days, but usually within 3–5 business days.
  • For card payments, bank processing time may add 3–5 additional days depending on your bank.

Eligibility

The 3-day guarantee applies to all plans (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime Founder), even if you have waived your legal right of withdrawal at checkout. This is a contractual commitment from us to you — above and beyond what French law requires.

Legal right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As a consumer purchasing digital content in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in France as article L221-18 of the Code de la consommation).

However, under article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, this right may be waived for digital content not supplied on a physical medium, provided that:

  1. you expressly requested that the content be made available immediately, and
  2. you expressly acknowledged the resulting loss of your withdrawal right.

At checkout, Fréquence asks you to confirm both of these points before you are redirected to payment. If you checked that box, your legal 14-day right is waived — but our 3-day contractual guarantee still applies.

If, for any reason, that consent was not collected before your purchase, you retain the full 14-day legal withdrawal right. To exercise it, email contact@frequence.academy within 14 days of your purchase date.

Subscription cancellation

Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund. To stop future charges, cancel from your Profile settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund for the current period. If you also want a refund, email us within the 3-day window as described above.
